PlayFair now offers Personal Shopping Appointments that guarantee you time with your favorite Sales Associate. Now that's service! You walk in, and the time is all yours. You may request a particular person, or just tell us a little bit about your needs and we'll match you up with the best choice. The cost for this extra special service? Nothing! All we ask is that you pay a $25 deposit when you make your appointment. The non-refundable deposit goes toward your purchase. It does not expire and is transferable, so there's no risk to you.

The fine print:
- $25 deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellations for any reason will not be refunded.
- Unused deposits will be converted into PlayFair gift certificates that you may keep or give away.
- Appointments are for 30 minute slots. Longer slots may be reserved with larger deposits ($25 for each 30 minutes).
- Cancellations or changes must be made 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours will be considered "no shows" and subject to No Show conditions.
- No Shows require a new appointment and a new nonrefundable deposit.
- Appointments for specific Sales Associates are limited to their normal working hours and shifts.
- We reserve the right to substitute a Sales Associate in the event that your reserved person cannot be available. However, if you are unsatisfied with the substitution you may request another appointment with the original person, without paying an additional deposit.
- We cannot guarantee that specific merchandise will be in stock on a specific day. If you are looking for a particular item, please let us know at the time of the appointment so that we can try to have it on hand.
