When a visitor purchases a product at PlayFairToys.com as a result of a link from your website, we pay you a 10% commission. It's very simple. We take care of everything - and do it in a way that represents you and your organization in the best possible light.

We can help you raise money even if you don't have a website! Qualifying 501(c)(3) organizations can participate through a special page at www.playfairtoys.com that we create for you. You send us some content about your organization, and we'll create the page for you! (Subject to availability)

If you want to help us grow the affiliate program, to your benefit, we can also provide you with a special page for you to sign up new affiliates. Then, whenever they send us a sale, you get 5%! That's right - you don't have to do anything beyond getting them to sign up. Again, we do most of the work for you. Just link to the special application page that we create for you, using the information we send you.

Acceptable Affiliate Partners
PlayFair Toys reserves the right to reject any application for any reason and our decision will be final and binding.

Domain Names
Affiliate Partner Site(s) domain name(s) cannot and will not contain the PlayFair Toys marks or any misspellings or variations of those marks. These names include but are not limited to: PlayFair Toys, PlayFair, and PlayFairToys.com.

Level Two Affiliates
Level Two Affiliates maintain an independent relationship with us. Use of the Level Two Affiliate program as a way to collect additional commissions will be considered fraud, and will result in termination of the agreement with all commissions paid due back to PlayFair Toys.

Non-Exploit
Affiliate Partner Site(s) agrees not to exploit any PlayFair Toys marks to influence the affiliate partner site's ranking in search results on any search engine.

Coupons, Discounts, Sales
Affiliate Partner Site(s) will not post any coupons, coupon codes, sales or discount offers unless they are provided specifically for Affiliate Partner Site(s) and/or approved by PlayFair Toys.

Your Location
Affiliate Partner Site(s) and entity must be hosted and located within the United States.

Returns
In the event of a customer return within PlayFair Toys' posted return policy, PlayFair Toys will not honor or pay the affiliate commission for that particular order.
