Spiraling Hearts

Katie Feldman created Spiraling Hearts Yoga Games & Activities to encourage children of all ages to have fun while learning yoga. She has an extensive background on how to teach yoga to children in a playful way. She studied with Marsha Wenig, founder of YogaKids and Shakta Kaur Khalsa, founder of Radiant Child Yoga Program, and has since received her RYT through the Yoga Teachers Training Institute on Long Island. She believes that yoga is a wonderful practice to open your heart and connect with the world around you.
