When you order a gift to be delivered, you may never know if the recipient received it. You may not know if they already had the item, whether they returned it, whether that was easy, or not. Our Double Ducky™ service takes care of that. For only $15, your gift will be wrapped in premium paper, packed carefully in recycled shipping peanuts to protect its appearance. We’ll call or email the recipient to make sure it was delivered in good condition, and then let you know that the gift was received. If it needs to be returned for any reason, we’ll make a prepaid label available so they can ship it back to us for an exchange. We call it Double Ducky™ because it’s more than twice as good as our regular guarantee, which is already great.

We ship quickly! Orders placed by noon Eastern Time ship the same day. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer ("Direct Ship" items) usually ship within 2-3 days. Just follow the instructions included in your package to make a return or an exchange within 30 days of purchase. We even give you extra time during the holidays. With our standard service, we’ll pay for return shipping if the product is damaged or defective. With an upgrade to our Double Ducky™ Premium Service, we pay the cost of any return – no matter the reason. It makes gift giving super safe and easy!
