Girder & Panel Building Sets for Kids

Girder and Panel building sets were first introduced by Kenner in the 1950s. We were thrilled to learn that Bridge Street Toys decided to bring these classics back to the specialty toy market. Skyscraper and other large building construction is based on a network of steel girders. Girder and panel building toys are based on the exact same principle, except that the girders are plastic. They are to scale, however, and therefore are a great introduction to the engineering principles behind building. Girder and panel sets let children build structures larger than themselves!
