Building a good pyramid requires a sense of balance, a little creativity, and lots of teamwork! Zimbbos! is "elephantastic" stacking up high on our list of little kids' games because it can be played cooperatively or competitively or by a child alone. Kids take turns rolling the die to determine how many brightly colored wooden elephants to add to the stack. The player who puts the last elephant on the stack wins. But if you crash it, you're out - so choose carefully. Takes only 5-10 minutes to play ("One more game before bed, Mom!") and requires no reading. Zimbbos can be played by mixed age groups of children, or can be modified to accommodate different ages. Game comes with 10 wooden elephants, 5 wooden jokers, 3 wooden balancing bars, and 1 wooden die. Zimbbos makes for wonderful solitary play as the pyramids are as beautiful as they are challenging.
